Is there any reason NOT to take Whey Protein Powder every day?

I use a scoop of Jay Robb’s Whey Protein Powder every day. It says it has 110 calories, 0 Fat and 1 carb per scoop. Is there any reason NOT to ingest a scoop every day. Could it make me “bulk up”?

The only reason I can think not to take whey is if you were lactose intolerant.Other than that take it by all means if You want to “bulk up”,on that topic yes it will help build and repair muscle.You have to exercise tho the whey alone wont do it it is just there to help.Get a good nutrition plan too,vitamins minerals etc.But yeah by all means take the whey if oyu want to get bigger and stronger.
