Fast weight loss tips that are really going to work don’t cost a dime. No meals to buy, memberships to join, or points to calculate. All you have to do is use what you already have. Here are the tips:

• Grab yourself a glass of water! Increasing your water consumption is beneficial for weight loss and overall health. The water will help you to flush the toxins out, kick your metabolism in the butt and keep you hydrated. It is suggested that a person drinks between 10-12 8 oz. glasses of water every day. If you work out you should replenish your water supply again. 

• Eat regularly. Make your portions smaller and increase the frequency of your meals. Instead of eating 3 meals a day try 4-5 smaller meals a day. Do not skip meals because your body will store the calories and turn them into fat to burn at a later time. Your body will go into what is frequently referred to as ’survival mode’ when you skip a meal.

• Add variety to your meals. Just because you need to lower your calorie count doesn’t mean you can’t have flavor. Be creative, instead of putting a little margarine on your baked potatoes add some salsa. This has less calories and more flavor.

• Keep your exercise routines interesting. Make yourself want to workout. One day go for a swim, the next weight train for a little while, then do aerobics. As long as you have a variety in your exercise regimen you shouldn’t loose your motivation to work out. Weight training does not have to be done in a gym and really doesn’t require any extra equipment.

Use your imagination for this. Do you have a small child? Lay on your back with your knees bent. Have your child stand and lean against your legs. Hold his or her arms and begin to lift the child. Do maybe 20 reps of this and you have successfully managed to work on your body and spend fun time with your child.

Fast weight loss tips are fairly easy to come by. However how many of them do not require you to have any extra equipment or spend a single dime? Not too many. Try using these tips and see the results you want.
