weight loss diets
does anyone know any good weight loss diets or pills?

right now iam taking alli and it doesnt seem to be working, i do run 1-2 times a day, iam eating more healthy and things with alot less calories..but it doesnt seem to be working. I need to lose about 30 lbs…anyone got any suggestions or help?
