In addition to breastfeeding what are some good workouts to help get pregnancy weight off.?

I’ve had gastric bypass surgery two years ago and now I’m pregnant with my first child ( due sept 23) Ive only gained 20 pounds, I plan on breastfeeding and formula feeding (mostly breast) but I would like to know what excersises are there I can do to help the weightloss speed up.

well when you breast feed you can lose alot of weight because when you do that you burn like 900 calories a day but you can take little walks and stuff. but you cant do that much right after the baby but when you have the baby you will lose alot of fluid and plus the baby weight so good luck hope everything turns out okay.
