Reduce Weight

How to reduce weight within 2 months?
I am 15 years old and my weight is 54 kg. My target weight is 45kg. I live in Asia where rice is the staple diet. How do I reduce weight within 2 months? What exercise should I do? and what should my diet be?
Eat less rice. White rice is just empty carbs, calories. Focus on lean meat/poultry and vegetables. Eat some potatoes or squash for your carb intake instead of rice. 9 kg is about 20 lbs in two months. That is a bit extreme. The most you should try is about 0.5 kg a week of loss. Otherwise your body will think it is in starvation mode and your metabolism will change (it will decrease). You’ll have less energy for life activities.
There are many different exercise plans you can do. Mix both cardio and resistance training. The simplest thing to start with is walking, then jogging.
