What are some good at home exercises for your upper body?
I’m a 19 yr old with a slight build, 5′10″, 150#, who would like to work on getting a stronger looking upper body but am quite frankly too self conscious to go to a gym. Any at home exercises that could work?
sit on bench and use hands/arms to lower your but almost to ground, still in seated position and repeat…develops triceps , creates the look of large arms the quickest.
