What is the best time of day to work out for building muscle?
hi,
im working on building up some lean muscle mass
i was just wondering… is it better to work out in the morning (6am, because of school) where i will be up all day or at night (between 3 – 7ish, after school) where bedtime is only a few hours away.
which time will give me the best results, or does it even matter?
It has no effect on you what time you work out. Some people just prefer to workout in the morning while some at night. Keep in mind that you will be hungry after working out. So if you workout late at night you’ll have to eat late which is not very good for you. Also your metabolism will be up making it harder for you to sleep. So morning or early afternoon is one of the better times. Good Luck!
